The Ro2.Biz Financial market is restricted by the following rules which will lead to PERMANENT account suspension if broken:

• Only users that have at least 1 percent point will be able to earn from the Paid to Promote and Paid to Click systems on the Financial Market

• The Paid to Click links will be used only once a day (24 hours)

Seller:
1.Only Users that have more than 5 000 written lines are allowed to sell on Ro2.Biz Referral Market
2.You are not allowed to create accounts using different IP addresses (proxy) and sell inactive referrals
3.You can have as many transactions as you want in the same time.
4.Sell price must be reasonable. Any sell that will be considered as a fraud attempt will be canceled and the seller will loose his referral members
5. Ro2.Biz will keep 30% of all the sales on the Referral Market, tax that will be kept from the seller.

Buyer:
1.The buyer must read carefully the sell price and the referral number that is being sold
2.Once the buyer hits the Buy Now! button on a specific sale he must complete the payment

The quality chat checker was introduced because some of our members simply enjoy splitting their sentences on many lines avoiding the 3 word rule.

This is how the Quality Chat Checker works:

Let’s say that you are an Elite Chatter and your earnings per line are 0.05c / line:

• If you write less than 5 characters per line (Ex: H r u) you will not receive anything

• If you write between 5 characters and 30 per line (Ex: Hello mate are u there?) you will receive your earnings per line divided by 4

• If you write between 30 characters and 60 per line (Ex: How was your day? everything fine?) you will receive your earnings per line divided by 2

• If you write more than 60 characters  per line you will receive 100% of your earnings per line. (Ex: I’m so glad that i’m back chatting with all the nice fellows here on ro2.biz)
